Cut and check nails daily – Small things matter

Checking if you have properly cut nails is one of the most underrated habits there is. Back in the day in school we used to have regular nail check before prayer, and we get punished if we had long nails.

Gone are those days. But generally speaking, for fitness related activities and typing, having long nails is horrible. In gym, you can't lift and hold properly, and while typing nails always hit the keys first and reduces your wpm and hurts your fingers.

I cut my nails today and immediately my typing speed improved, and my finger pain is gone.

Small things matters.
